Search The Edwards Aquifer Data Clearinghouse
This search form allows a user to view and retrieve environmental and biological data relating to the Edwards Aquifer analyzed by various cooperator programs. There are 14,873 water quality/biological parameters for which data is collected. Using the form below you can choose to view all or up to 10 parameters for a particular site, county, date, station type, etc.
1. Define search criteria.
Search by either one or all: station type, county, or date. Enter more criteria and/or choose up to 10 parameters under the Advanced Options section.
  • Station Type A 2-character string used to identify type of site such as Surface Water (SW) or Ground Water (GW)
  • Start Date Start date and time of sample (if available)
  • End Date End date and time of sample (if available)
  • County Standard Texas County code number
  • USGS id A unique identification number assigned by the U.S. Geological Survey.
  • State Well Number a unique 7-digit number assigned by the Texas Water Development Board (TWDB). Most wells in the database are assigned a State Well Number.
  • TCEQ Station ID A station tag id issued by TCEQ.
  • Method Laboratory method code for the lab method used to determine the constituent measurement (if available)
  • Remark Code number denoting information about the magnitude or absence of a result value (if available)
  • Agency Collecting agency from which results were procured (such as USGS)
  • Well Depth Well depth
  • Range Restricts selection of Result measurement values to the values provided here.
  • Water Quality/Biological Parameters Unique constituent for which some kind of measurement was made in the field or a lab
2. View data and/or choose to download data output file.
  • Top 100 The top 100 results are tabulated on a web page after submitting search criteria. Click on the column headings to change the sort orientation.
  • Text File Download all the results in a pipe-delimited text file.
